Orders received before 3pm will be delivered the next working day between the hours of 9am – 5pm.

We will adopt a “Rolling Vintage “practice and deliver the next available vintage. We will contact you first on the occasion that there is a difference in price between the two vintages.

If you would like a last-minute delivery, please call Vintage Fine Wines office and we will arrange a third-party courier service. There will be extra charges depending on the circumstances.

We will call you on your mobile phone. Should we be unable to contact you within 15 mins of arrival, we will leave and need to arrange a new delivery date.

No, you cannot! Should your wine be faulty however, we will consider replacing it. This is at our total discretion and would require, the bottle, liquid, and cork to be collected and investigated by our team before we give our final verdict.

Yes! Our refrigerated van will collect your wines direct from our chilled warehouse and deliver them straight to your doorstep.

As our delivery routes are different everyday, a narrow delivery window will only be known after the delivery routes are drawn up for the day. Please indicate in the “Comments / Special Requests“ box if you would like us to inform you of this.
