Return policyCustomers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any shortages, breakages, faulty goods must be reported immediately (within 48 hours) to Vintage Fine Wines. Vintage Fine Wines will accept products that are out of condition (upon verification by our sales representatives), damaged and faulty stock for replacement. For replacement of damaged or faulty stocks (including label damage, dry breaks, leakers or short fills etc.) please ensure that seals on bottles and casks are still intact and date not expired. Please note that wines on Sale or Special Promotion will not be valid for replacement. Certain wines tagged with Non-Exchangable, Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable are also not valid for replacement.
