Deliveries will be made within three (3) working days upon receipt of order. We offer complimentary delivery (to one location) for orders that exceed SGD$200. Otherwise, delivery charge is at $25 per location. For orders received before 3:00pm, delivery will assumably be made the next working day. Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any shortages, breakages, faulty goods must be reported immediately (within 48 hours) to Vintage Fine Wines. Vintage Fine Wines will accept products that are out of condition (upon verification by our sales representatives), damaged and faulty stock for replacement. For replacement of damaged or faulty stocks (including label damage, dry breaks, leakers or short fills etc.) please ensure that seals on bottles and casks are still intact and date not expired.
