The nose opens with intense notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and black plum, evolving towards liquorice and pepper notes on the nose, as well as a few hints of violet. The attack on the palate is rich, with aromas of black fruit and peppermint, giving it freshness and complexity. The whole is well-balanced with a finish of spices and liquorice.
