For replacement of damaged or faulty stocks (including label damage, dry breaks, leakers or short fills etc.) please ensure that seals on bottles and casks are still intact and date not expired. Please note that wines on Sale or Special Promotion will not be valid for replacement. Certain wines tagged with Non-Exchangable, Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable are also not valid for replacement.
