An exceptional viognier, paired back from a more unctuous archetype, to one of resinous complexity and a phenolic edge to the leesy and subtly oaked textural patina. Savory and mid-weighted, rather than overt or fat, as is often the way with this variety. Apricot pith, frangipani and verbena, compressed beautifully by the textural handling into an orb of tension.
